On this page, the Massachusetts Curriculum Framework will be listed.
The text of the MA math standards can not be reproduced here. All standards should be referred to by their code as determined below.
All MA standards can be found at the Massachusetts Mathematics Curriculum Framework Site.
The MA standards are classified in the following way:
- Every standard is part of a thread. Threads include "Number Sense and Operations", "Geometry", and others.
- Every standard is assigned a grade level. Grade levels include "9-10" and "11-12".
- Within each thread and grade level, each standard is given one further number. For example, a standard in the "Number Sense and Operations" thread, at the "9-10" grade level, might be labelled "10.N.1": the first number indicates the grade level, the following letter indicates the thread, and the third number indicates the specific standard.
